The Objective: The project was a complete refurbishment of Aqua Spring leisure centre, during a five week shutdown including spa, pool, new treatment rooms and reception

 

Challenges:

There was a lot of work to do in a short space of time as electrics, heating upgrades, fixture and fittings all had to be completed in the short programme duration, this was made even shorter when the pool specialist revealed they needed a week to get the chemical balances right after the drain down.

This meant we had one week less than anticipated to finish the works pool side.

​

We utilised the shutdown to work around the clock to deliver a project so impressive Dulux used it to advertise their products on the link below.
