CGS work with local authorities, housing associations and private individuals to provide full refurbishment of housing stock from decent home type regeneration of kitchens and bathrooms to full heating upgrades to provide habitable accommodation with minimum disruption.
CGS additionally carry out high end housing refurbishments to a superior standard using quality finishes and products which accentuates any space.

Historical Restoration Projects
CGS are a specialist asbestos remediation company, with a 3 year HSE Asbestos Licence valid until December 2021.
As a team CGS have over 100 years combined experience in dealing with the safe removal of asbestos from all types of building and establishments.
Our client list includes local authorities, NHS trusts, Commercial Buildings, industrial buildings like Battersea Power Station and buildings with listed status. CGS are very fortunate to include the Royal Household as a client and are the incumbent asbestos removal contractor for RHPS, which includes all London Residences.
In 2017 CGS secured the frame work for several main contractors specialising in housing contracts throughout the Southeast.
CGS offer a full turn-key approach to builders work packages (BWIC).
Projects include initial site formation of secure hoardings decorated in company corporate colours, plant bases for cabins or general concrete works, forming purpose built welfare facilities.
Projects include M&E works, FFE and flooring, cutting or infilling openings in concrete, forming brick or block work, steel support framework, diamond drilling, timber care repairs, new brick or block work, dry lining and plaster works.
All general works associated with package contract and multi trade teams.
